Great guys, Costa walked me through every step making sure I understood the how's and whys. On the day of booking we had a storm so had to reschedule but the communication was great.We had to upgrade my switch board (old Queenslander with old wiring.) and even my electrician friends was impressed with the care taken in the wiring.Would 100% recommend these guys. Totally worth it.

I did a lot of research on solar companies before choosing Symons Energy because I had seen so many stories of bad installations and the installer just disappearing. Symons Energy had good reviews and have been operating for over 10 years. When I met Kosta and he spoke to me about how everything works and how he has a system that monitors all his client's solar output so he knows straight away when something is wrong. It gave me confidence that if I chose them, the would know what they were doing and would be around should something go wrong. I didn't make a quick selection and with covid I put it off for 12 months but Kosta never pressured me. Once I was ready to go and made the payment everything just went smoothly, he organised everything and within a few weeks it was all connected. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Following my review below few months ago, I would like to mention that although the solar installation was done few months ago and full payment was received by Kosta , I asked him 2 weeks ago if he can come can and check if I need birds mesh to protect the panels, he came very quickly and checked it for me ( two stories house , so he needed time and effort) with no cost .I honestly can’t recommend Symons enough and they deserve all the best. Thank you so muchI strongly recommend symons energy for anyone wants to install solar system.1. Kosta made the process very easy and he explained everything in details.2. he did his own calculation using my previous bills and helped me to chose the perfect system size for me3. Kosta and his team were very careful during the installation , they are tidy,organized and very friendly4. The install team did amazing quality installation. The were very neat, friendly and well presented. The panels we got were Hyundai 390w panels with a Sungrow inverter. We haven't had to pay an electricity bill since.

Got a solar system earlier this year with Symons energy and would give 10 stars if Google allows it. I decided to go ahead with them after numerous quotes as I think they are able to address my concern and provide advice that I am happy with. Kosta is very helpful and is very knowledgeable with his product, they also have their own technicians unlike others where they get sub contractor to do their job. Overall a very happy customer and would go back to them when I got another property.

It is not possible to find enough superlatives for the care and quality of Kosta and Symons Energy help today. We had a major solar system electrical situation that required urgent attention. Even though not a Symons Energy installation, after an emergency call through a friend, Kosta downed everything to help.
